Field Operations Manager
We’re hiring a Field Operations Manager to lead all snow and dusting operations in our sister company Advanced Situation Mitigation. Direct daily operations of our Zimmerman company including—coordinating equipment, managing repairs, and keeping our fleet running safely and efficiently through all our seasons. This role also supports shop operations, helping plan mobilization, track assets, and ensure machines get where they need to be on time.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Serve as the primary point of contact for equipment logistics, managing machine deployment from initial project site through mobilization and final demobilization across construction, snow, and dusting projects
Lead the warehouse operations across all operational seasons
Plan alongside project managers to forecast equipment needs, coordinate on-site delivery, optimize daily equipment relocation while minimizing equipment down time
Diagnose complex mechanical issues and coordinate with internal mechanics or third-party vendors for timely repairs
Prepare and manage purchasing of automotive & equipment inventory
Ensure all equipment operates in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and environmental regulations
Serve as our lead manager for our sister company, ASM, while maintaining an exceptional service level for both internal & external vendors and customers.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Valid driver's license, CDL, and tanker endorsement required
Strong mechanical knowledge paired with business management and scheduling skills
Comfortable leading a team and working across multiple project sites

Electrical Journeyman

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Install, service, and repair electrical systems and grain bin equipment on-site and in the shop
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues across a variety of systems and components
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and warranty work
Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals to guide repairs
Communicate clearly with customers about repair status, timelines, and estimates
Keep accurate service records and maintain an organized work area and vehicle
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Experience in electrical work, grain bin systems, or related agricultural equipment
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Comfortable working independently in the field with minimal supervision
Detail-oriented with a commitment to doing the job right the first time
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Prior service or dealership experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
WHAT WE OFFER
Competitive wages based on experience
Entry level: $18–$22/hr
